                      User mountable media programs

The two programs in the directories below allow user mounting
of either a CD-ROM or a Magneto-Optic (MO) drive to an SGI
system. Normally a user would have to have root access to
mount any device. These two programs allow any user to do
        this.

Niether of these programs have been fully tested. Both have
been around for some time, so should be pretty safe. Thanks
to Kent Landfield and Alan Hewat for these programs. They are
        both in the public domain.
